This Privacy Policy describes how Shanghai Lepan Leyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lepan Leyou", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FurTune mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email address; Apple or Google account identifiers and display name when you choose those sign-in methods; nickname and profile fields you provide (including optional pet profile details).
• Photos and edits: images you upload or capture to create AI-assisted edits, plus generated previews and final outputs needed to deliver the Service.
• Purchase data: App Store / Google Play product identifiers, transaction receipts, order IDs, and subscription or FurCoins entitlement status. We do not receive your full payment card number; billing is processed by Apple or Google.
• Device and usage data: device type, OS version, app version, language/locale, approximate region, crash and diagnostic logs, and coarse usage events needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Support communications: messages you send to us (email or in-app support).

We do not use WeChat login or China-domestic payment rails in the overseas FurTune product.

2. How we use information

• Create and authenticate your account; provide AI photo editing, templates, gallery, and Pro / FurCoins features.
• Process and verify in-app purchases and restore entitlements.
• Operate, maintain, debug, and improve reliability and performance.
• Respond to support requests and send important service notices.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI processing of photos

Photos you submit are processed solely to generate the edits you request. We retain them only as needed to deliver results, support your gallery/cloud features (if enabled), troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations. Do not upload images you are not entitled to use.

4. Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers who help us run FurTune, under contractual safeguards, including:

• Apple / Google — Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In and in-app purchase verification.
• Cloud infrastructure & AI vendors — hosting, object storage, and model APIs used to process edits.
• Analytics (if enabled) — aggregated or pseudonymous product analytics to understand feature usage.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.

5. International transfers

Lepan Leyou is based in China. If you use FurTune from the United States, Canada, Mexico, or elsewhere, your information may be processed in China and other countries where our servers or processors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and your agreement to this Policy.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Edit jobs and media are retained according to product settings (including free vs Pro cloud retention) and then deleted or anonymized. Purchase records may be kept longer for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

7. Children

FurTune is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

• Access or update profile information in the app.
• Delete your account in Profile → Delete account (or contact us).
• Manage marketing or notification preferences where offered.
• Depending on your location (e.g., certain US state or Canadian privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal a refusal. Email us to exercise these rights.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
