Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FurTune, provided by Shanghai Lepan Leyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Lepan Leyou", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

FurTune offers AI-assisted pet photo editing, templates, previews, and related digital features. Results may be imperfect or vary. FurTune is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Your content and license

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant Lepan Leyou a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including AI processing). You represent that you have the rights needed to upload the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

4. Subscriptions, FurCoins, and in-app purchases

• Pro subscriptions, FurCoins (or similar virtual currency), and one-time unlocks are sold as digital goods through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Pricing, taxes, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation are controlled by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
• Virtual currency and digital items have no cash value outside the Service, are non-transferable, and are generally non-refundable except as required by the store or applicable law.
• Restore purchases from the Pro tab when switching devices.
• Refunds for store purchases must be requested from Apple or Google under their refund policies. We cannot process card refunds ourselves for IAP.

The web version of FurTune (if offered) does not sell IAP; download the iOS or Android app to purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass usage limits, payment, or security controls.

6. Intellectual property

FurTune branding, software, templates, and documentation are owned by Lepan Leyou or its licensors. Except for the limited license to use the Service, no rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR UNEXPECTED RESULTS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEPAN LEYOU AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

9. Termination

You may stop using FurTune and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to the Service, or legal requirements. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where local law requires additional consent.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply. Courts in Shanghai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
